From launching transformative tools like the PRODUCR Website Template to expanding the HEATE Academy and tackling some of our most ambitious agency projects yet, 2024 was a year of leveling up for producers and our team alike.

What started as a vision to empower music entrepreneurs has grown into a movement that bridges creativity and business, helping producers thrive in ways they never thought possible.

Whether it was teaching members how to build sustainable careers, revolutionizing how producers showcase their craft, or partnering with top names to redefine marketing in the music space, 2024 was all about progress.

From LEADRS to HEATE Academy: A Clearer Mission

We started 2024 by launching the HEATE Academy, originally called LEADRS. As the year progressed, we decided to revert to HEATE Academy because it better reflected our mission: fostering a community of like-minded producers who see music as both a creative outlet and a business.

In 2024, our focus was mostly on development and shaping the future of the HEATE Academy. We’re still extremely grateful for the over 400 producers who have joined.

The Academy has become a place we can share our high-level strategies and insights from the HEATE Agency with new and aspiring producers.

And while we initially focused on selling beats online and sync licensing, since 2023, we’ve continued to evolve by providing resources for producers selling sample packs as well.

in 2024, we’ve made updates to Zero To Sync, completely revamped CCS 2.0 (Now called Zero To Sell Beats) and also added four new programs;

  • PRODUCR: The Course

  • 6 Week Email Marketing for Selling Beats

  • Zero To Sell Kits

  • Sample Kit Website Course

This year, we also made it easier than ever for our community to run successful sales campaigns. From Easter and Halloween to Black Friday and Christmas, we provided plug-and-play templates that producers could adapt and launch effortlessly.

Each campaign was designed with simplicity and results in mind. Members received ready-to-use sales page templates, email sequences, and strategies tailored to seasonal moments, empowering them to make the most of key sales periods.

The results speak for themselves—producers used these campaigns to engage their audiences, highlight their offers, and increase sales without the stress of starting from scratch. The feedback has been amazing, and we’re thrilled to see how these tools are helping our community thrive.

Looking ahead to 2025, we’re excited to deliver even more campaigns, resources, and support to keep the momentum going and help our members grow their businesses year-round.

The Academy continues to be a solution for producers struggling to build sustainable systems after the pandemic’s boom and bust. Our goal? To teach Business 101 through advanced strategies and collaborative opportunities that help producers thrive long-term.

Seeing members grow, share knowledge, and connect with others has been one of the most rewarding parts of the journey. We’re incredibly proud of what the Academy stands for today.

PRODUCR Website Template: Redefining Professionalism for Producers

One of 2024’s highlights was definitely our PRODUCR website template for selling beats.

we launched the PRODUCR Website Template to address a common pain point: producers’ websites often lacked the professionalism and functionality needed to grow their businesses. Especially from a marketing and sales perspective.

This is why we decided to build a fully optimized beat-selling website template that’s ready for the future. It was something truly groundbreaking that our industry had never seen before.

The Response? Overwhelming.

Our campaign sparked massive interest, with over 3,000 producers signing up for the waitlist and more than 1,200 attending our live presentation on YouTube. Today, hundreds of producers are using the template with great results, and the feedback has been incredible.

The results, even better!

This wasn’t just about creating sleek, professional websites—it was about functionality that drives results. Giving producers access to all the marketing features they had been missing out on using other services.

With PRODUCR, you can run marketing strategies and tactics more effectively. Leveraging features like;

Last year, we introduced a new feature for showcasing sound kits, specifically designed for producers who had previously sold a few kits on their Pro Pages and wanted this functionality available on the PRODUCR website template as well.

The HEATE Agency: Scaling Impact and Delivering Results

This year was a game-changer for the HEATE Agency.

We had the privilege of working on a wide range of projects, collaborating with some of the biggest names in the industry with having completed over 100 projects.

In terms of measurable results, for clients through our email setups, we’ve generated a combined $344,111.86 in revenue. Maybe now you understand why we preach email marketing so much? 😅

From crafting high-converting email funnels and sales pages to designing campaign pages and executing full product launches, we poured our expertise into every detail. Each project was a chance to push creative boundaries, optimize strategies, and deliver results that mattered.

While every project was special on itself, there were definitely some notable projects we personally consider the highlights of 2024:

Lemonaide x Beatstars: Introducing Generative Music AI Models with the Collab Club Launch

We’ve played a considerable part in the rollout of the Collab Club AI models—a groundbreaking AI music initiative from Lemonaide AI and Beatstars who have modelled the production techniques from top-producers into their own generative AI models.

We were responsible for designing all the web pages, crafting the launch campaign strategy, email marketing implementation, and collaborating with Lemonaide and Beatstars to bring this idea to life.

Beats By Mantra: Working with an all-time top selling producer on Beatstars

Mantra, still the industry’s top-selling producer of all time reached out to us for help at the beginning of 2024. We built an entire new website for him, installed powerful email marketing systems, and helped him optimize his sales and marketing strategy to further leverage his position in the beat selling game.

Jay Cactus’ “The Crate Collection” — Our first product launch on Framer

This was our first ever product launch sales page fully designed on Framer. To stay ahead of the curve, we decided to up our webdesign efforts, making our clients drops stand out better with professionally designed webpages.

On this page, we designed unique elements from scratch showcasing the unique aspects of Jay’s production suite called The Crate Collection.

An MPC Drum Machine interface to preview drums, more optimized interface to preview the sounds of his kits, and a sleek, professional overall design that visually represented the sound of these kits.

cxdykits.com — The most fun and also creatively challenging web design project

Cxdy — known for his industry work with The Kid Laroi, Juice WRLD, and Destroy Lonely and his content on YouTube reached out to us for help with his new kit drop. This simple project quickly turned into a larger more complicated project with the design of his website.

Countless hours were poured into crafting a website that emulates a game console, with a unique user interface for users to navigate through the site. Defintely one to check out ;)

Sauceware Audio's SPAWN — Powered by Lemonaide AI

Finally, in Q4 of 2024, we were tasked by Sauceware to help with the launch of SPAWN — An insane new plugin developed by Sauceware Audio and Lemonaide.

This one definitely made an impact in the producer community and we’re proud to have played a part in this exciting launch.

For Sauceware, we managed the entire email marketing campaign — while adding a complete landing page designed for SPAWN on the Lemonaide AI website we had already designed earlier in the year.
