How We Turned a Viral TikTok Series into a Thriving Fashion Community!

My Daily Fit Check is a fashion content series created by Ryan, the CMO of HEATE. What started as a personal challenge to dress better quickly gained traction, growing into a 90,000+ follower community on TikTok.

Recognizing a gap in the market for a true fashion-first social space, Ryan expanded the project into a dedicated fashion community platform where users could share outfits, engage with others, and participate in events and giveaways..

Execution Summary

The strategy was built around one key principle: people only engage when they know how, and when they have a reason to. We prioritized clarity in onboarding, real connection with the creator, and repeatable community engagement loops.

Clear & Friendly Onboarding

We knew Circle wasn't as widely known as Discord or Instagram, so confusion would kill the experience before it began. We created a bite-sized onboarding course showing users exactly how to navigate the space, post their fits, and connect with others.

This phase focused on:

• Explaining the layout of the Circle community

• Showing how to post Daily Fit Checks

• Creating structure so the platform never felt confusing or aimless

Personalized Creator Interaction

Using Circle workflows, we automated welcome messages directly from Ryan’s account so new users felt personally invited. This was followed up with manual replies to keep the conversation going, building trust and real relationships with the creator.

Daily Engagement Loops

To keep users coming back, we designed simple, addictive engagement hooks:

Post Your Daily Fit: Users post their daily fit.

Daily Fit Battles: Users vote between 3 community-submitted outfits in a daily poll

Mock Outfit Giveaways: Users styled fictional fits using selected brand pieces, with winners chosen by the brand.

These created social incentives, friendly competition, and a reason to return daily.
