How We Helped Lemonaide Launch Collab Club with Strategic Web & Email Execution
Lemonaide is a generative AI music platform offering a monthly subscription for producers looking to supercharge their creative workflow. The platform uses AI to generate musical ideas and assist with composition, making it a go-to tool for both up-and-coming and established producers.
Before launching Collab Club, we had already worked closely with Lemonaide to:

Collab Club was Lemonaide’s next big step: a series of AI-trained models built in collaboration with Grammy-nominated, industry-placed producers. It was an exclusive product—and we needed to market it that way.

With the foundation already built, we executed on a full-funnel launch strategy—from the first email to the final click. Every asset was designed to reduce friction, build momentum, and help producers understand the value of Collab Club as quickly and clearly as possible.
One of the biggest challenges with Collab Club was that the product itself came with just a base-level framework and some creative direction—but no fully developed marketing angle. That meant we had to step in and take the lead on positioning. We worked closely with Lemonaide to uncover the core problems it solved for producers, then translated those insights into strategic messaging.

From the sales page copy to email sequences, we focused on clearly communicating the benefits, features, and real-world value of Collab Club—while proactively addressing objections and helping artists instantly understand why it matters. We even built a collaborative doc to guide clarity and alignment across the entire team, ensuring every touchpoint spoke the same language.

Audience Segmentation & Timing Strategy

Personalized Onboarding & Model-Specific Pages

After the initial launch, we focused on creating a personalized email onboarding experience tailored to the specific Collab Club model each user selected. This allowed us to guide new users with relevant content, walkthroughs, and feature highlights that matched the model they were most excited about.
On top of that, we built individual landing pages for each model—giving both new users and creators a focused experience. When creators promoted their own models, they had unique pages they could link to, helping them drive more targeted traffic and build a deeper connection with their audience.
